Released the first beta of LiveStock on the iStock forums a week ago.  I’ve been using it all the time since before then and I’m really pretty happy with how it’s been working out.  I’m liking Android development much more than the Sidekick development I did.

Heavens! Looking at how dark my pictures were, from a couple of years ago, it’s clear how badly my monitor was calibrated. Hopefully I’ll not look back in another couple of years and think the same.

Partly down the Cowal Peninsula, on the Loch Fyne side, is Lachlan Bay and Old Castle Lachlan. Given the name, it’s not too surprising that this was the stronghold of the clan MacLachlan. I went around to the Cowal Peninsula to take a few pictures – more about that another time – and stopped at Loch Lomond on the way as the light was rather fine at the back end of some stormy weather.
