You just can’t have enough pictures of feathers (can you?)

A couple of weeks ago I went walking on the east side of Loch Lomond. The weather was going sun…storm…sun…storm…sun which made for some nice light.

The rusting iron hull and rotting wooden rudder of SS Great Britain, and a Victorian steam crane down at the harbour in Bristol.

Close to Avebury is Stanton Drew. Well, it’s not really close, but it seems it if you came from the other end of the country! The Great Circle there is the second largest stone circle, after Avebury.

It’s more than a while since I’ve posted any pictures, but I’ve been kinda occupied with “stuff” recently.
Anyway, the other weekend I went down to Bristol to stay with family, and we took a couple of hours out to go visit the stone circles at Stanton Drew and Avebury. It rained a lot at [...]
