Got to keep trying with those trees.

This weekend was beautiful. Really spring-like. Which, considering it is January, is both wonderful and disturbing all at the same time.
I went hiking in the hills just north of Glasgow – Slackdhu and Dumbreck – and here are some of the landscapes I shot.

There are a surprising number of flowers that seem to think it must be spring and they’re just ignoring all the evidence of this white stuff falling from the sky.

The water’s down a lot so I got to the park today. I thought it might be a bit of a mess but happily there aren’t that many trees down. Although the forecast is for 90-100mph winds tomorrow. Maybe I should tie the roof on!

I thought I’d go down to the park today to see what state it’s in after last night’s storms.
Didn’t get there as the path through the woods seems to have turned into a loch!

The rain and wind took a break and I needed to get out of the house. The necropolis is easy to get to without the bike and doesn’t involve too much walking, so that’s where I ended up.
