A lovely frosty morning. Ice on the river. Deep blue sky.
Why not waste it taking more crap photos of trees?
Oddly…some of them, I thought, came out OK.
I messed around with long exposures and zooming and, even more oddly, I thought some of those were quite good.

Conic Hill got its name because of its distinctive conic shape. If you look at it from the right angle. In the right light. It helps if you squint a bit. Maybe some hallucinogenic drugs would help.

I’m still taking lots of pictures of trees, trying to find a style/point-of-view/something/ANYTHING that strikes me as worthwhile. And I’m still failing. These are the best of today’s particularly bad lot.
